In 2005, Darin founded a boutique M&A firm, The Genesis Group, where he served as CEO. In 2010, The Genesis Group was acquired by one of the largest accounting firms in the U.S. and quickly grew into a regional investment bank. He served as Managing Director of the firm until fall of 2016. Prior to this, Darin served in hospital administration and business management for 10 years. Darin has 10+ years experience in Mergers & Acquisitions at the CEO level. During this time, he was instrumental in closing 30+ successful deals with combined total valuation in excess of $400 million. Darin is a registered investment banker and holds an MBA from Samford University.
